Membership Pricing
With Direct Primary Care, you get access to Dr. Rider and you do not pay for every visit. Rather, you pay a monthly membership. Imagine calling your doctor, getting a same day or next day appointment and getting 1-1 care without the hassle of insurance, being put on hold or only being able to talk about one concern per visit.
Membership cost is $75 per child per month
$250 family maximum per month

No long-term contracts. Memberships can be canceled at any time with one month notice.

Medical ear piercing: $75 for members, $100 for non-members
​
Non-member single visit for well child care, sports physical, or illness visit $100.
Limit two per child per year. Price does not include immunizations.
